  1. I have the bridge installed and functioning OK. The problem is that I am getting warnings from the browser that I'm sending unencryted data over a secure sytem. What I mean is that I both cPanel and WHMCS have SSL Certs and when I click on an icon in cPanel I get this warning: Although this page is encrypted, the information you have entered is to be sent over an unencrypted connection and could easily be read by a third party. Are you sure you want to continue sending this information? The daemons for cPanel and apache are different and they use different ports. Anybody have a patch or whatever to fix this problem???
  2. How do you get rid of the .pdf invoice attachment on the 'Customer Invoice' email. Does not seem to be in any of the Invoice email templates.
  3. I cannot find an option to turn off account creation (not WHM Account), but the WHMCS account before the client pays the Paypal bill. I have the products setup to create WHM account after accepting pending but the WHMCS account is created after the "Complete Order" button is clicked, but before the invoice is paid. I don't want clients to be able to create accounts before paying for them. I tried search, but long-tail searches are near impossible on forums.
  4. OK I disabled the administrator from receiving copies and that solved. By the way, I can't reply to the support ticket by replying to the email received. I read in the wiki that you could. It works if I log into WHMCS as the billing operator.
  5. no, they are different. But I do have the administrator receiving copies. I will uncheck this and get back to you.
  6. no, it's from an add-on domain. (different domain than whmcs)
  7. Completed support system setup according to wiki and videos, installed forwarder. Tried a test message from my test domain to "Billing Dept" and I get the email alert with the customer message, but the identical message I receive is instantly posted as a reply in the clients support ticket. This is useless information for the customer. Here is the example email replied to client support ticket: A new support ticket has been opened. Client: Russell Appleby Department: Billing Subject: Call Me Today Priority: High now here this ---------------------------- IP Address: 71.246.1.159 You can respond to this ticket by simply replying to this email or by logging into the administration area. http://www.bigxor.com/whmcs/admin/ Is this a setup/configuration Problem ???
  8. I tried that. I copied the code form the template I wanted to send and pasted it to the "Credit Card Expire Soon' template and the email was sent without any of the database tables included. So basically the email looked identical just all the info parts were blank.
  9. othellotech you have saved my sanity. CASE CLOSED !
  10. Just to clear things up, here is a screenshot of the Client Page Summary email dropdown list. http://www.bigxor.com/client.jpg The selection labeled "Client Signup Email" only sends the user email and password for logging into WHMCS Client Area
  11. Yes I did. The email is only sent if I tick Instant Account Setup. I have 3 share IP's that I want to distribute evenly so I prefer to setup the purchase manually. But the Turn-up email never gets sent to the client. This server is not being marketed right now and I'm using one of my spare domains to test WHMCS with. I have tried many ways to get this email sent after a manual "Accept" account process and I just can't seem to get it to work.
  12. The setup is as described by other members. The fact still remains that the message is NOT being sent. I could use some expert advice as to what to look for in configuring if the message option is working for you. The Wiki does not describe this situation. Could it be a problem with the Database or cPanel/WHM or some scripting error?
  13. Thanks for the tip. I was planning on doing that by creating hidden products to select manually when stting up the clients account, this will put the client on the correct shared IP I choose. I'm still stuck with the fact that WHMCS does not send the "Turn-up email" after the WHM (package) account is created. It does not send it ever, and there is no manual way to send it.
