cyberneticos
the trial is not working for me... I checked the config file twice. The WHMCS User is correct and the db password, too. There is one server with type "directadmin". The creation of user accounts with whmcs works, too. Where to check the API URL? Hello Axif, you should have downloaded a config file that has an example of where your API URL could be, just put your domain and path to your WHMCS installation to match your installation folder. Let me know if you still have problems or send me a PM with the URL of your DASR so I can see what kind of output you're getting. Cheers Edited October 3, 2009 by cyberneticos
Erik H.
Ok good. We're getting the servers now, but not the info. This could mean the following: 1- Not using port 2222 (also should be http , not https) 2- The admin passwords in WHMCS server section do not match. 3- Firewall blocking outgoing 2222 port Try checking those, see what you come up with Cheers ! 1 - Using port 2222 2 - admin passwords are fine, I double-checked 3- firewall is not blocking port 2222 4 - Admin username and password are correct in the script
cyberneticos
Not sure what's going on. Your db info is correct, that's for granted. But something is not allowing the script to communicate with the DA servers. What version of WHMCS are you running ?

cyberneticos
Thanks AxIF! Sorry guys, here's the problem Please add this line to your config.php file: $apipath = "https://www.yourdomain.com/clients/includes/api.php"; # URL to WHMCS API file and try again

cyberneticos
hmmm. It should be working now. http, https ? Make sure the API user and pass is WHMCS main account's user and pass (doesn't have to be admin necessarily). As long as this user has an admin role that has API Access selected we are good.

AxlF
ok brewing up a new version with a few debugging lines. Give me a few minutes. same problem here... i checked all possibilities twice. The whmcs user exists -the login data is correct. The server is a "directadmin" flagged server. The Api path works, too - i'm getting a auth error message if i access it directly... Debugging lines would be very great

cyberneticos
check if DA has blacklisted your IP from previous attempts. Also make sure you fillin hostname and primary IP for your DA servers. And make sure you are using the directadmin type, not "extended directadmin" type or some other module.
