  1. When we use the "default" template, that IS processing HTML, we have blank lines between the product lines. This is really ugly. Basically we don't want to have/see/process the <br />
  2. Am I missing something? Are there patches for 5.2.2 and why don't we know that??
  3. Hi, We are having an issue after the update of WHMCS. Our custom template ends all lines on invoices with <br />. So our invoice lines look like: Colocation rackspace - (15-04-2013 - 14-05-2013)<br /> Lokatie: Evoswitch<br /> Aantal U: 46U<br /> Stroom: 25A stroom (gezekerd op 32A) no-break<br /> Dataverkeer: 150 Mbps (95%) - premium<br /> IP adressen: 1 /27 - 32 IP's (27 bruikbaar)<br /> Uplink: 1 GE poort (UTP) (N+1)<br /> Support: Best effort<br /> Although we have spoken to WHMCS support several times we are unable to find a resolution. Does anyone have any suggestion how to resolve this. Basically we do not want to process the <br /> tag because the items are already on their separate lines and we do NOT want blank lines between the invoice lines. The suggestion of WHMCS support to use nl2br only gives us TWO <br /> lines so that didn't really help.... Waiting for your suggestions
  4. Okay. So basically you say: - If WHMCS provides an update I should not trust to use it in production, even it is marked a security update. - If WHMCS provides an update I should test it for a longer period with ALL of WHMCS functionality (some hundred functions) and leave the security issue on my live database. - If WHMCS provides an update I should not expect it is compatible with all version, although stated it is compatible with all versions. - Every WHMCS user should have a dev development to test updates/patches done by WHMCS. - If Easyhost knows there is a security hole in their customer database you keep everything online with the risk of being compromised. Strange world... but hey you should be right and I'm not.
  5. Missing your point here. We have a dev license. That is totally unrelevant in WHMCS providing a bad patch.
  6. Well I guess you are missing the point here a bit (in my honest opinion). So basically you say that it is okay that WHMCS did NOT test the patch but I should do so? I don't know how you are doing but after all that has happened I am worried so when a patch is supplied I will not wait any longer than needed. And if you get DDOS-sed for over a week and have NO solution to resolve it, well sorry, that is no excuse. I cannot close my shops for a week just saying (sorry, DDOS). Having ANY way to communicate, even a simple tweet, would have provided more information but they failed to provide any info.
  7. I have tested 8 different installations on 8 different servers. All of them had the error. I gave instructions to reproduce them earlier in this topic.
  8. Well, this is the email I just sent Matt: == Matt, The issues from last week were embarrassing, to say the least. However, you had my sympathy in this bad situation and I did not address my anger about this. Today (more than a week later) I find a forum post about a patch. I checked from what I could if this was really posted by you and applied the patch. After that YOU broke my WHMCS installation. Customers experience a lot of issues after the patch. So AGAIN I am faced with a lot of angry people. Our WHMCS was down last week for over 24 hours for lack of communication. And now it is down again. My customers are mad, and yes, I am mad. Furthermore TODAY the forum, blog and main site go UP and DOWN. Making me question if the patch was really supplied by WHMCS or by hackers. Result: blocking my WHMCS installations AGAIN. Matt, you have created some **** on our side. Really, you have no idea. And yes, I am pissed off like hell. I really hope you will release a GOOD patch asap and please goddamnit fix the sites. I hate pissed off customers complaining at me for something I cannot control. Hope that pissed off state is clear is my message to you. Erik
  9. Have you tried logging in as a customer and order a hosting package with a domain?? The error is not in the admin area.
  10. Some people are starting to wonder if the update is from WHMCS themselve... or not. Forum was hacked before. Site is down. Getting a bit pissed off about this to be honest.
  11. Done by htb. Looks very nice! Thanks all for responding.
  12. Hi, We need an admin widget for v5. It should report unpaid invoices information like the earlier module in http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?t=20914 What it should display: xx open invoices - E xxx total xx overdue invoices - E xxx total xx collections invoices - E xxx total I think this is a very simple and easy to make widget but I just don't have the time or experience to do this right now. It is important you can work on this right now if the price is right you can start right away. If we are happy with this we will have more widgets and requests coming soon. Regards, Erik
  13. Anyone got a solution to get this working in v5 ?? Really miss this!!
