annomander Posted September 15, 2009 Share Posted September 15, 2009 Hi is it possible on the support forms to include the clients email and website I am off on holiday and need to pipe my support forms to a email address and this will need to include more details then there presently is on the form, so that the support who don't have access to my whmcs will be able to correct any issues and reply back. Is it possible to add variables to the .tpl that will enable this or do I have to create a custom form? I thought of maybe doing {if depid=??} <form action="???"> {else} <normal form> {/if} that will then process the form fields differently? 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

annomander Posted September 15, 2009 Author Share Posted September 15, 2009 For while I am off, I set up a tempory form action that only works on technical support and created a smarty template to contain the php and thank you page.
