ddg8176
My htaccess file was already renamed but my knowledgebase articles still were not accessible. I really don't care to have SEO friendly urls for my knowledgebase, so I unchecked the tick box. Who knows how long I would have chased my tail looking for a solution to getting my KB working if I had not came across this post... thanks for the lead.
