elliot@findood.com Posted August 19, 2009 Share Posted August 19, 2009 I am using WHMCS v4.x.x. Until today our credit card form was working fine. All of a sudden now whenever I fill out all of the information and click "Complete Order" i am taken to a blank white page that simply has an echo statement: "return=failed&reason=badinput" There is nothing else to go on that that. I should be redirected at this point to a credit card form, to enter my CC. Instead i get a blank while page with only the above statement on it. I am using Paypal Website Payments Pro. It seems like a paypal message. But nothing in my paypal account indicates that a transaction failed. After they enter in their credit card and then press "Click to Continue" it goes to a blank content page. What's causing this? Aaron Kolodjski Posted March 25, 2010 Share Posted March 25, 2010 I'm getting the same error I just upgraded yesterday, I tested the order form, when you click submit the credit card is approved, but am taken to a "plain white page" instead of a completed order page.
