Syfonic
I have my hosting account setting edited to automatically create accounts as soon as the payment is received. However, is there a way to have orders "accepted" automatically instead of having to manually accept each of them? I want the order status to change from "Pending" to "Active" as soon as the payment is made. Right now just the payment status is changing from "Incomplete" to "Complete"...
DedicatedPros
I'd like to see this too, but my guess is you'd need access to the encoded WHMCS files (probably the payment callback module, so that when it sets an invoice to paid it would also set the product to active). Matt is this something that could be integrated?
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted August 16, 2009 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted August 16, 2009 The idea is that while the accounts are auto-created on the server the orders are still pending for your manual approval, so you can keep tabs on all the new orders.

johannes
I`m interested in it too, maybe as an option in the next upgrade?
webin
Well.....that not being an option for me to choose is a deal breaker for me. I'll just keep an eye on this thread then and hopefully someday it will be allowed for us to activate this option ...or not.
rangermoore
Why would anyone NOT want to keep a close eye on their business? For that is an option I would never use...Even some of the biggest hosting companies manually approve hosting accounts..Hostgator for one..Don't take my word just have a look for yourself..http://support.hostgator.com/articles/pre-sales-questions/how-long-does-it-take-to-setup-my-account
gingerol
I agree with Syfonic. In my case, even after payment accepted and account automatically created, I find that if I manually change the order from "pending" to "active", my module runs a second time! Consequence, a domain registration for instance gets renewed an extra year! Is this only me?
