Sending predined email having problems.

When sending a predefined email. I have created a dummy client. I create account and receive the order confirmation that shows using php mail form WHMCS:

 

Dear xxx

We have received your order and will be processing it shortly. The details of the

order are below:

Order Number: xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Product/Service: Starter Plan

Domain: xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.com

First Payment Amount: $0.00 USD

Recurring Amount: $0.00 USD

Billing Cycle: Free Account

Total Due Today: $0.00 USD

You will receive an email from us shortly once your account has been setup. Please

quote your order reference number if you wish to contact us about this order.

My question, how can i send order details once approved. I went to setup-> email templates and their is email there, but how do i automate this after it's approved. I have gone to the wiki and looked at other postings but can not find the answer. Can some one pls help or direct me to correct tut.

Also when I go to client side there is drop down box send emails but cannot find " Hosting Account Welcome Email", how do I set this up.

PS to this post I have created a new template but he variables are not being pulled up making me type everything setting over manually.

The welcome email template is sent when the package is created on the server, either when you accept the order (making sure the send welcome email checkbox is ticked) or upon payment - depending on your auto setup settings.
