tincboy
I've localized email templates but after localizing them emails are not sending. When restoring them to original ones everything's alright. I did use rich text editor of WHMCS to localize them and they have many html tags, Do you think it's cause?

tincboy
Yes they have been saved well. no error at all. When using this customized templates in addition to not sending emails WHMCS shows a blank page instead of invoice preview after user has filled the information required to check out.
arteryplanet
If is showing a blank screen then you have an error in the code in the template.

WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted August 6, 2009 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted August 6, 2009 Have you been translating them in Word? It adds loads of unnecessary and invalid HTML code to the template that causes problems. You'd need to copy from Word, into Notepad to remove the formatting and then into WHMCS.
tincboy
I didn't use word at all, just using rich text editor embedded in WHCS
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted August 6, 2009 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted August 6, 2009 Add this to your configuration.php file and try again. It will display an error message to help figure out what the problem is: $display_errors = true;
