Email issue after template change

I've localized email templates but after localizing them emails are not sending. When restoring them to original ones everything's alright.

I did use rich text editor of WHMCS to localize them and they have many html tags, Do you think it's cause?

Yes they have been saved well. no error at all.

When using this customized templates in addition to not sending emails WHMCS shows a blank page instead of invoice preview after user has filled the information required to check out.
