claude Posted August 2, 2009 Share Posted August 2, 2009 I hope some one can help. I'm noobie with WHMCS. I'm having problems with support ticket section. I have created my departments. I send a ticket via member area. In the member area I'm able to see the ticket submitted, I log into WHMCS and also able to see the ticket. If I reply to ticket in admin area I can see the replies, but how do I change from Hold, Answered Reply, In Progress. When I press ad response that drop down does not change. Also when I go back to client area there is no response. I'm receiving emails fine. Can some advise what I'm doing wrong? I hit f5 to refresh and have set to auto refresh 1 minute and I have also cleared my cache and restarted the program in FF and IE still shows Answered. None of the dropdown works when using it.
