Thanks for the reply I have checked and all info is compleate apart from Datacenter/NOC which is blank as I was not sure what to use I can conect to WHM by clicking on the button so the conection between the two seems to be ok I have asked for the system to be installed for me using your services so I am hoping my issues will get resolved 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
mike2098 Posted July 30, 2009 Author Share Posted July 30, 2009 A fresh install and same issue after placing an order I click on the cpanel link and just get http://:2082/login no domain url I set the account to use a sub domain during ordering anyone have any idea's I have checked all the server settings nothing missing other than the Datacenter/NOC I have asked my provider but they do not support 3rd party apps thanks Mike I did not use the install service after just followed all the training guides 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
