Dedigeeks-Sean
We have had a couple of our customer require us to login as them in the past, We know we can accomplish this via the WHMCS Admin Panel and this has worked without a fuss.. Recently we upgraded to V4.0.2 and now this does not seem to work, We get re-directed to the Client Area to login. Does this feature not work anymore ---- Actually, The Client Area does not work at all... I have the correct details but I am unable to login to the Client Area, I just get referred back to the login screen with - You must login to access this page. These login details differ from your websites control panel username and password. - P.S - If I go through the Admin Main Page, It shows that I have logged in via my test account that I made though I got an error message above (in bold), Though it shows a successful login once I login via Admin. What's the go? - I knew I should of waited before upgrading to V4.0.2 Edited July 26, 2009 by Dedigeeks-Sean
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted July 26, 2009 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted July 26, 2009 It works perfectly. Make sure you are accessing your admin using the exact same URL as in Setup > General Settings ? WHMCS System URL. If you're missing the www. in your browser address bar then the Login As Client link won't work.

WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted July 26, 2009 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted July 26, 2009 Best open a support ticket with your admin login details so we can take a look.
lysenshi
Did you check Administrator Roles in the Setup menu?
Dedigeeks-Sean
Did you check Administrator Roles in the Setup menu? No, Has nothing to do with this. I have now opened a ticket with WHMCS this has been done by James. The problem is, The Client Area does not login. Even though we use the correct login details it still says we have the wrong E-mail/Password. I did a password reset, It gave a new password and still does not work. I am not sure what has happened, I am trying to find out but it is not doing anything good We can access /Support/ with no issues, It is just trying to login with http://atechosting.com/support/clientarea.php - Just get the same error over and over. wiserweb
I'm experiencing this same issue although I'm on a trial and using a fresh install. Followed the same steps but not quite sure what's causing this either. -Martin
