Domain renewal pricing

wipeout

Recommended Posts

I am still getting the quirks worked out with WHMCS handing domain registrations and renewals using NetEarthOne..

Here is the current issue.. I have updated the pricing for .co.uk domains about a week ago.. I have just had one come up for renewal and its still using the old pricing..

Do I have to manually update the renewal pricing for all domains to get it to use the new pricing or have I missed something?

Thanks..

Changing any product price in WHMCS only affects new signups. To change existing customer's pricing you need to go through and change the renewal price for each customer. Or run a command on the database for a mass-change.

Thats pretty painful and I only have a small client base.. Feel sorry for those with many.. :(

Thanks anyway..

I'm having a similar issue it seems:

From within the tbldomains table I've updated both the First Payment Amount (firstpaymentamount) and Recurring Amount (recurringamount) fields in tbldomains for a particular client who has a few domains with us;

UPDATE tbldomains SET recurringamount = "6.95" WHERE userid = x;

This updated the table correctly, but the client is still finding that on login the renewal for domains is still being charged at the site default price of £9.95.

Any ideas where I'm going wrong?

Cheers,
