Mass Mail Problems WHMCS

Recommended Posts

I have a problem with the Mass Mail WHMCS since version 3.8, now using the version 4.0 and still the problem.

Everything works fine, but when I go to Mass Mail fills everything correctly, and then click SEND, it appears the message:

"Mass Mail Queue

Send Emails to 5 in total - Step 1 of 1 - Until Completion Estimated Time: 0 Seconds. Please wait ... "

But the message never comes to anyone.

HOST is not a problem in either the SMTP configuration, because when you a new clean install without my database, the Mass Mail function, but as I run out of my seat, is not, the problem must be there, only I do not know how to solve it, someone already went through this problem or can give me a help on how to solve.

I really use this option.

Thanks to everyone now.

Hi

Please turn on error_reporting in your servers php.ini file. You can turn on error reporting by adding the following line to your configuration.php file:

$display_errors = true;

You should then get the PHP error message on the blank page. Please copy and paste the error message here for further assistance then remove the

$display_errors = true;

from the configuration.php file.

You should then get an error output to the screen and can report that to us.

UPDATE:

I used the "paste from word" and the error above shown. Using paste as plain text seems to fix the issue.
