guestsrl
I'm having trouble with domain transfer. A transfered domain from another provider to me will have my details as Registrant, Technical contact ed Administrative contact and not user's info. New registration works as expected, with user info, but transfers not. I've checked "Tick this box to use the clients details for the Billing/Admin/Tech contact details " in domain registrars generale settings but doesn't seems to work with transfer. How can I transfer domains with the correct customers data?
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted July 18, 2009 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted July 18, 2009 Take a look at the settings on your registrar's website, it sounds like there might be an option to automatically apply your contact details to transfers.
othellotech
New registration works as expected, with user info, but transfers not. WHMCS doesnt change any of the WHOIS/contact information on a transfer - so this is something your *registrar* is doing - you will need to contact their support department.

guestsrl
Enom needs the "UseContact" parameter to be set in the API, if that parameter is not set, domain will be transfered with my data and not with customer's data. How can I add that parameter to the Enom API?
