jozeph
Hello all, Today we had a problem with one of our customers. I don't know why, but WHMCS still reminding invoices after a product terminated. A package terminated a long 2 months has been paid yesterday, because the invoice still payable in WHMCS. How to set an auto-invoice cancel after producted terminated/cancelled?

If you have terminated a product then delet the product from the clients account thwn invoices cannort be paid for an item that is not listed. Also has the client cancelled any subscriptions they had, as this could still pay.
jozeph
We don't delete any entry from our database to maintain a history from customer. In this case, the problem has been terminated automatic from crontab, but the invoice referring this product still visible for user.
IPH - Tim
If the client has no further services with you, you can close the account which cancels all invoices.
