Greetings:

I just upgrade from whmcs 3.8.3 to 4.02 and I did the following steps.

1. Database Backup.

2. Uploaded WHMCS 4.02 removing the image logo - to avoid overwrite of logo.

3. Remove install directory after sucessful install.

4. Try to login using admin and it didn't worked. It lock me out - banned me.

5. I when to the database and removed the admin password.

6. After It allowed me to see the login form. I tried again to login using only admin username without password. - It didn't work.

7. I try the forget password several times. - It didn't work.

8. Try to kill myself with a paper... got several paper cuts :-P and then post this thread.

Any Idea... Thanks..

Are there any big differences in the mysql database from the last version 3 to the 4.02??? Im thinking in making a brand new install and then just restoring from the mysql backup only the products, customers, passwords and other stuff from it.

Please one by one... dont reply everybody at the same time
