crazyfish
I recently increased the amount of disk space and bandwidth for my plans, but I noticed something strange for my older clients: 1) Their plans did not increase 2) the disk space now show as unlimited which I do not want at all. How can I get my older client's plans to reflect the changes?
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted June 23, 2009 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted June 23, 2009 Depends which control panel you're using. For cPanel the plan specifications in WHMCS are immaterial, you need to change the packages in WHM.
crazyfish
It's cpanel, but if the limit in whmcs is set to unlimited and they go over it won't bill them correct?
othellotech
but if the limit in whmcs is set to unlimited and they go over it how do you go over "unlimited" ?
crazyfish
how do you go over "unlimited" ? Because my cpanel cap is 3000MB but whmcs says unlimited, so if someone puts 3500mb on the server I want them billed. Not to mention it might confuse some ppl.
othellotech
Because my cpanel cap is 3000MB but whmcs says unlimited why ? surely you want the 2 systems to say the same thing ... so if someone puts 3500mb on the server if cpanel/whm says 3000Mb they cant upload more than that I want them billed overages are not billed at present

jasonhk
Not too sure what the issue here is but i'll give it a shot: Go into WHM modify the package - when you save it will update all accounts currently using that pacakge. Then in WHMCS make sure your product packages are setup correctly.
