Kian
Hello I want to ask you if there is a way to change the reminders notifications. Let's suppose that we have the following configuration: First Overdue Reminder 1 day Second Overdue Reminder 3 days Third Overdue Reminder 7 days All these reminders are send X days after the invoice due date. I want to send reminders X days before the invoice due date. Is it possible? I want to do something like that: First Overdue Reminder -7 day Second Overdue Reminder -3 days Third Overdue Reminder -1 days

Kian
I'm still here please, tell me if it's possible. For my biz reminders AFTER due date are a bit useless
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted August 2, 2009 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted August 2, 2009 You can send 1 reminder before the due date, but nothing beyond that.
Gears
Configuration > Automation Settings From this page, look at one of the following: Billing Settings > Invoice Generation Billing Settings > Invoice Unpaid Reminder The unpaid reminder is probably what you're after. Try this: Set the Invoice Generation to 7 days, then the Invoice Unpaid Reminder to 3 days. And the overdue notices could be set to 1 day, 3 days, and 7 days. This means the user would get the invoice 7 days before the official due date, then a reminder 4 days later. And then of course the overdue notices if they don't pay by the due date. I recommend not reminding the customer so much though.
