Thanks for all the feedback so far.

Confirmed issues are bulk check TLDs not listing in General Settings, support ticket escalations set to no status change but auto reply changing ticket to answered, date displaying incorrectly in old style admin template & auto price calculation multiply/divide error. If you're affected by the last one, simply reupload the currencyfunctions and functions files from includes in the latest download.

We need to be able to configure where the exchange rate is taken from.

Each exchange rates source has a different format so it's not as simple as just changing the url that is queried. However, if you have another source you want to read in from instead of the ECB used by default, you can do that and just update the rate field in tblcurrencies directly.

Quick question: is it possible to hide some currencies from the order pages? We have some clients we are charging in Australian dollars, but do not want to offer this currency to new clients.

Yes, you can hardcode the list of currencies that are shown in the template should you wish to not show some that you have setup.

Next thing I noticed concerning groups... if you have a group discount when you get to the checkout the discount is not noted. it still shows the base total... ( screen where you actually tell it paypal Credit card MO etc )

In my opinion these discounts need to be shown there so as to cause less confusion.

note the correct price does actually show up on the actual invoice

Using smarty I was able to remove the ability for our support operators to see any of the finances other than the individual packages on the client summary page. I like the improved permissions, but it would be nice to not have to use custom coding to hide that stuff. A minor request as I know that would be time intensive to be fully granular.

I have purchased a license Owned License No Branding and

in Version 4.0 line "Powered by WHMCompleteSolution" not removed

And

In the language file you want to add

$_LANG["or"] = "or";

And in line 14 header.tpl need to change:

<strong>{$LANG.loginbutton}</strong></a> or <a href="register.php" title="{$LANG.clientregistertitle}"><strong>

replace

<strong>{$LANG.loginbutton}</strong></a> {$LANG.or}<a href="register.php" title="{$LANG.clientregistertitle}"><strong>

I found a cookie problem, I think...

I ordered a dedicated server, and configured it. Then clicked "Continue Shopping" and chose a shared hosting plan. However, the configuration page for the shared hosting plan, was actually the configuration page for the already-configured dedicated server. No sign of the shared hosting plan! Whoops.

I am using the Portal template, with the Web20cart Order Form Template.

My Branding Removal is working fine, as is the Licensing Module.

If I click on the login button without filling in login and password, leaving them empty, it writes "License Validation Failed" on page http://www.hostingnika.com/billing/secure/dologin.php

v.4

I had this error once logging into the Admin panel right after I upgraded. It has not come back since.

All of my custom written server modules appear to work fine without modification which is very nice. Overall I like what I see, although I may have to reskin my entire site so it looks good with the great new Portal template. ;)

Hi Matt,

Another problem I am having is with .xxx.au domain names. When registering a hosting package the Required ABN/ACN etc fields are not presented however they are still presented when simply registering or transferring a domain name. I firstly tested this with the new web20 cart theme and thought initially it may have only had something to do with this, however when switching the cart type to cart, boxes, default or singlepage the .au fields stilldo not appear for a hosting order.

With this release supporting multi-currency I am going to merge two installations that I have that use different currencies.

I wondered if there is an easy facility to import accounts from another WHMCS installation - or is this going to be a manual process?

Thanks.

I went to add the addon to my product and it said it was out of stock...ideas?

The product was released to the first 250 customers that could get it. You're in the same boat as me.

I'm off to vBulletin for about 20 mins, but I'll be returning...

Matt, is there anyway of getting the multicurrency to auto update from say yahoo or something?

I have yet to see v4 but those of you that have might be able to modify the contribution found at http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?t=19117 to make the currency rates auto update.

NOTE: If you do make create a solution... please be kind enough to PM me and provide a copy. Thanks.

Yes updating the currency via a cron from yahoo or similar would be great.

V4 already does this.

Then why are people that have v4 asking for the rates to be auto-updated? I assumed because of the questions, that it must have a conversion table but that it is not auto-updated.

If you are referring to the specific task of updating domain pricing that the referenced contribution does, that is not the point I am trying to make. What I am saying is that the referenced contribution downloads current currency rates. A modification of that contribution could update the currency rate table that I assume v4 has and then whmcs could use those rates globally.

Again, I have yet to see v4 so I may be talking out of my ass.
