lordcage
I have been using WHMCS for a while, and I noticed something quite strange. I have 300+ accounts listed in my WHMCS, for one single cPanel server, and when I go to cPanel>List accounts, it shows 1700 accounts. Is there a way to perform a cleanup, so that orphan accounts are deleted? For sure there are lots of old accounts that shouldn't be there. Thanks!
Daniel
How did you let it get to that? Are you sure they're not reseller sub-accounts?
lordcage
My WHMCS shows , e.g.: 350 accounts for that server. My cPanel>List Accounts>Filter by owner=root shows e.g. 450 accounts
othellotech
on the list account, order them by "owner" - remember the only ones that should be in your whmcs are those owned by you - i.e. root ... then compare those to your whmcs list - they shoudl all exist (even if closed/terminated) suspend any that dont, and a week later if the owner's not contacted you terminate them
