My WHMCS shows , e.g.: 350 accounts for that server. My cPanel>List Accounts>Filter by owner=root shows e.g. 450 accounts

I have been using WHMCS for a while, and I noticed something quite strange. I have 300+ accounts listed in my WHMCS, for one single cPanel server, and when I go to cPanel>List accounts, it shows 1700 accounts. Is there a way to perform a cleanup, so that orphan accounts are deleted? For sure there are lots of old accounts that shouldn't be there. Thanks!

just reupped includes folder, and now it's working

I have just installed WHMCS, and the first admin page (the one that shows daily signups, tickets, orders, etc..) and the support tickets page are blank.. I have checked apache's error logs, and there is nothing. Also, open_basedir is Disabled in my PHP. Anyone have a clue on what's going on? Thanks

I'm having problems activating, suspending and terminating accounts in cPanel servers. E.g.: When someone signs up, sometimes activation works, sometimes not.. It also works with automated suspensions/terminations.. Sometimes the account IS created in the cPanel server, but WHMCS doesn't sent the welcome email to the user, and also doesn't mark the user as active... But the account is there, in the cPanel server.. It's quite a strange problem, that happens 70% of the times.. Some facts: * The cPanel remote access hash is OK (we run more than one webhosting company, one with WHMCS and another with a custom admin solution).. * Ping latency is ~300ms from the WHMCS to the hosting server. * The server looks OK, load-avg OK, disks OK * We had 2 servers in the US (whmcs and hosting). This error started happening when we moved the hosting server to Brazil (whmcs server is still in the US). When pinging, we have 0% packets loss. * cPanel version is WHM 11.23.2 cPanel 11.23.4-R26138 / WHMCS version is WHMCS Version: 3.6.2 * In WHMCS server's php.ini , we have configured: max_execution_time = 900 ; max_input_time = 180 ; So.. Can anyone help me? Thanks!
