snake
I am told that WHMCS does not support add-ons for helm which I am currently using and if a customer buys an add-on you have to set it up manually. However I am considering moving to DotNetPanel, so are the add-ons supported for this CP ?

0 Onionman
No, you cannot automatically add addons to a DNP package from WHMCS. You can add and bill them in WHMCS but you will need to manually need to add them to the hosting space in DNP

0 hireahit
ack, how annoying. Is this a limitation of WHCMS or with the DNP API ? I'd guess it's a limitation with WHMCS, since DNP claims "Absolutely every function visible on User Interface can be accessed via XML web services."
0 snake
I have emailed WHM a couple of times to ask if they will be adding more support for DNP but have not had any reply.

0 arcdigital
I'd guess it's a limitation with WHMCS, since DNP claims "Absolutely every function visible on User Interface can be accessed via XML web services." It's true, the DNP Portal is just a frontend for their API. You could make your own portal if you wanted. (They have the full source available).

0 snake
I have emailed WHMCS many times to ask if they plan to resolve this, they refuse to reply to me, which is rather putting me off using the product now.
