ack, how annoying. Is this a limitation of WHCMS or with the DNP API ?

 

I'd guess it's a limitation with WHMCS, since DNP claims "Absolutely every function visible on User Interface can be accessed via XML web services."

It's true, the DNP Portal is just a frontend for their API. You could make your own portal if you wanted. (They have the full source available).
