  1. Put the ioncube folder inside of your whmcs folder.
  2. We use OpManager 7 Premium for our network. We just rent a cheap VPS that is outside of our network and run it on that. http://www.manageengine.com/products/opmanager/
  3. We are completely recoding the module to meet the requests/features that people want. Once this is complete, we will re-release it (and of course everyone that already bought it will get the upgrade).

  5. Sorry guys, we have been inundated with crazy stuff/projects the last few months. Next week we plan to re-write all of the current modules, and then work on some new ones. Keep an eye out .
  6. It's true, the DNP Portal is just a frontend for their API. You could make your own portal if you wanted. (They have the full source available).
  7. The script is impartial to currencies, and I am not sure about hyperspin. You would need to ask them.
  8. If you are a partner, you can get NFR units for free.
  9. Aweber is ok, but I would go with MailChimp instead.

  11. We use Interspire Email Marketer for in house stuff and MailChimp for everything else. MailChimp is amazing!
  12. That was due to maxmind's fraud checking. I have looked at your order and accepted it . Check your email, I updated the ticket you made.
  13. I believe installatron is cheaper, and it installs different scripts than fantastico (though most are the same)
  14. Thanks for your feedback, that white page should not show up - I believe it is a bug. Can you submit a ticket with a screenshot and more information? Yes a client can login via WHMCS, if they go to the view details of the product there is a login link they can click (It works even if they changed their password, and WHMCS has a different one listed).
  15. Thanks for the feedback! We are already addressing those issues in the next version. We are also adding some new features that will blow your socks off . It should be ready in a few weeks (Along with our new module platform, updates to our other modules, and new modules! + V4 support)
  16. This module lets you add customers to a mailing list, it doesn't create accounts or anything like that. We are working on a Campaign Monitor module right now, it will be our first module on our new Module System (It will change the way you look at modules, forever!)

  18. We didn't edit the screenshot lol, that's just stupid (and fraudulent). I'm sure if you login to your account and check this from your end you will see the same info. There was no way it was 12 hours, because we got another response from you (in reply to our response) an hour after your original ticket post. I really don't want to turn this into an arguing match, that gets everyone no where.
  19. I don't want to sound annoying, but i'm pretty sure it was a few minutes...We take our support very seriously. By answered - I mean we sent a reply with the documentation a few minutes after you requested it. (See attached picture)
  20. I think we can - it would be included in an update for this module (free). We are an Interspire platinum partner so it makes sense for us!
  21. People are quick to badmouth, and slow to complement... We answered your ticket just a few minutes after you submitted it (with a link to the documentation). We do indeed have documentation, the location of it just wasn't clearly shown.
  22. It should work. If you purchase it and it doesn't work, just submit a ticket and we will modify the module so it does!
  23. I understand that you have an issue, but opening 2 tickets, a private message, and a forum post only slows us down... Please only use our support desk, as everyone on the team can answer you there.
