Si
Hi, Wondering if anyone can help. Everything was working fine previously - but I've since moved to a new server and upgraded to 3.72 (so I'm not sure which if either are causing this issue). When I create a new knowledgebase article, and click the SAVE CHANGES button, sometimes I get the error box "This page contains both secure and nonsecure items. Do you want to display the nonsecure items?" No matter whether I tick yes or no, I get shown an Internal Server Error page. I work in https normally in the admin area, and I've tried this working in http but still get the Internal Server Error (without the SSL error prompt). Anyone have any ideas or suggestions for me to check? Si Edited November 11, 2008 by Si

othellotech
suggestions for me to check? the error log beyond that no idea, as we dont use WHMCS's support system, but it sounds like a php/apache config issue
sparky
Si, Try to recompile apache/php using apache 2.0 and remove and re-install your SSL cert
Si
Thanks for the feedback and help guys. Just popped back to let you know I've just got it sorted. It turned out to be a mod_security issue with the error showing up in the audit log. So, whitelisted the rule and that has done the trick.
