jerett
I personally thank Matt and crew for their extreme level of patience with me and help along the way. I have made a few mistakes here and there but they are always understanding and I am proud to work with such a product as WHMCS and the tight ship these cats run.
Daniel
I agree - Its great to see a developer and staff that do everything they can to get any issues resolved. I'm sure Matt never sleeps, i've had emails from him at 1am. Not to mention the great community we have here that are willing to help each other out and share ideas and modifications.
Gatsu
We have had so many problems with Matt and his team... (does anyone else work there)? It's insane that we bought a license before checking... Wait we did check, but Matt and others hide the bugs and tech problems forums from prospective customers

They're viewable on a forum with free registration, there is also a free 15-day trial which is plenty of time to evaluate functionality.

In my experience Matt and WHMCS have always operated with integrity. Their support is second to none and it's rare to find a product that is upgraded so regularly. I am literally constantly grateful that I stumbled across WHMCS 18 months ago; it's been a great business decision and is the best billing system I've encountered (probably THE best!).
handsonwebhosting
WHMCS has been better than most of the commercial products I've purchased over the years. Of course, when those products were first starting out things were wonderful also, but time will tell as to the future for WHMCS. I'm sure that the crew will do what they can to keep the project moving forward without bloating it with unnecessary features.
goddess_dix
well, i'm a new user, but thusfar, i've been very pleased with the level of support and responsiveness on the questions that i've asked.
9DollarDomains
We've had some frustrations with figuring out how (or why) things work like they do. For example, deleting an invoice shouldn't kill billing for all items on that invoice forever - that's nuts! Lack of multi-currency and multi-taxes and a few things that I scratch my head at for sure... HOWEVER, the other 98% of the features are great, and most importantly and in the theme of this thread, the support is VERY responsive and VERY good. Ideas and suggestions I've had have been listened to, and responded to, and wherever possible - the ideas have been implemented or at least put on the dev list. I come from WhoisCart.net - and this is a world of difference, let me tell you! Not only the quality of the software, but the quality of the support is just night and day better. I've also tried MBill, but after month's of PAID support and PAID installation help, I couldn't get enough support to ever even get it working! Matt & co. have been really, really great - better than any software support (billing sofware or programming language or Mail Server or really any other software) that I've ever owned. I don't know how they have enought hours in the day, but they're doing a great job IMHO!
gerrybakker
I'm a long time Modernbill sufferer. - 5 years of grief and lousy support but there weren't any viable options until WHMCS evolved to its present state. WHMCS is not perfect but it's the closest thing to perfect I've seen yet in the Hosting billing system world. Yes - there are WHMCS feature shortcomings but they are much easier to live with than I thought they would be. I have to say that most things that I thought were a problem aren't as big a problem as I would imagine them to be - I just had to adjust my thinking a bit. Yes, there are some open ended loose ends that need to be tied up in the system but I have to say that Matt is working on these things as quickly and competently as any coder I have ever worked with - I know he'll get things done. WHMCS is definitely miles ahead of the Modernbill mess that I left behind. The Modernbill import was fairly clean but not as clean as expected and now after 2 months of ironing out those wrinkles I am thoroughly convinced that most of my import grief was due to unclean data from Modernbill faults that had existed for years. Matt - you're a good man. Keep up the good work. Your product is well thought out and executed. Gerry Bakker 101sitehosting.com
