niels
Similar bad CDG experience here. They referred me to a "partner", being a non-US merchant. I started the process with this guy, who in turn referred me to another company to open the actual merchant account. (He just provides the gateway.) When this 3rd company was mis-interpreting my e-mails and for some reason refused to communicate to me directly. I complained about this which ticked off the middle guy. That's when I bailed out. I would actually be more than happy to spend the $60 on PayPal Pro, but unfortunately they don't offer the service to Hong Kong merchants.
rldev
CDG Commerce got my vote, excellent service and low rates. Product Liability How exactly are CDG rates low? It's about 4% for the average credit card. I would like someone to explain this to me. I like the company, but that is a very high rate.

Milliment
To be honest we have problems when it comes to payemt gateways as we are in italy, not alot of the available gatways will support italian bank accounts. But we are currently using paypal and will soon be adding worldpay onto it. But i do prefer good old bank transfers
