Email Signature (html) parsing issues from Email Client
rldev replied to rldev's topic in Using WHMCS
This was some strange formatting issue in EM Client. Please kill this post. -
I have had a problem that I can't find an answer for. I assume this is a security issue but I need a remedy. When I reply to tickets from my email client, whmcs strips my email of html. This makes my signature look very unprofessional. Besides loggin in to reply to every ticket, is there a way I can remedy this small but nagging problem?
-
Is there a solution to this? I have several clients that use autoresponders. So if I send out an announcement or if whmcs sends an invoice, the client's autoresponder winds up opening a new ticket.

Nobody has experience with this?

I have held off upgrading in the recent year due to all the problems with template changes not being published and changes not being documented. It was a mess when I tried and I just reverted to a backup. Does WHMCS have this sorted by now? I have a slightly modified template. Do I have to go through all the template changes that took place between versions 5.0.3 and 5.2.2? Thanks.

I have been having a fair amount of issues with mod security and WHMCS lately. Users(including myself) occasionally get denied from performing things like "Change Password". They get an error like: Forbidden You don't have permission to access /clientarea.php on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Has anyone dealt with this before?
-
Yes I have a couple of underscores. This was never a problem in the past. I will give it a shot.
-
Why would 5.1.2 knock out all my custom css changes. I see no mention of changes to the style sheet? I had to revert to a backup because I don't know what happened. It turned my custom template into the default.

I'm not sure what you are speaking of. There is nothing to the right in Modern Order Form. Only the Ajax Form has the floating cart contents to the right. I can remove it if I can get to the last order screen, the problem is I can't remove it or proceed if I make a mistake. Let's say a US client tries to order a .ca or .it domain thinking there are no restrictions, there is no way for them to move forward as the cart will give them an error if they try to proceed and there is no way to remove the item from the cart or to get to the next step.

How do I only sync changes in expiry date. I know this is an option in the command, I just forgot and can't find it.

I am using the Modern Order Form and am having some difficulty with registerring domains. 1. I try to register a domain and then decide I do not want it in the next step, there is no apparent way for me to delete this domain. For instance, I tried ordering a bunch of domains, one of which was .asia. I didn't realize that I needed a registered business license to order this domain. The Modern Orderform gives me no option to delete it and I can't proceed with the order because I get an error for the .asia domain name. There isn't even a way to back out of it. 2. Can anyone register a .asia domain through wmcs and logicboxes? I get the following Error: Order Accept Encountered Problems null : Parameter value policy error

I ran this code manually and the domains did indeed sync. So for some reason my cron isn't running for this, yet it runs for Netearthone. Very strange. Am I right about there being a universal cron for this now?
-
Since WHMCS has been slow with support(no doubt their hands are full), I was hoping maybe someone could shed some insight as to why I might be having this problem. I don't know how long this is going on or if it is sporadic or not, but Enom Expiry Date sync cron is no longer working. My cron reads: php -q /home/$user/public_html/$WHMCSINSTALL/modules/registrars/enom/enomsync.php 0 changesonly I have no problem with my Netearthone domain sync. Has this cron changed? I thought I read somewhere there is a universal cron script now.

Bunp. Certainly someone has at least a thought on this, please share.

Can someone tell me how is it possible for a handful of companies to sell certificates to the end user for less then we pay for them through whmcs enom resller? There are companies selling RapidSSL for $9.95 for one year and discounts for multiple years. Some are selling GeoTrust TrueBusinessIDs for $25 less then what we pay for them.

Switch from enom reseller to enom reseller
rldev replied to Real Webspace's topic in General Discussion
Turns out it is simple. Just Select All and choose Push List from the dropdown menu. Amazing that Enom support didn't know this. -
I guess I am trying to ask how do people deal with that issue? It kind of takes the bite out of the automation of it.
-
Yes I understand ssl requires an ip address. I am wondering about the merit such automation if an ip address is not automatically provisioned with it.
-
Also how does this process work in relation to ip addresses. How can the provisiong install the certificate, if the user doesn't have a dedicated ip address?
-
Is the globalsign one click ssl the only autmotaded procedure to install the certificate for the client? Is GlobalSign One click SSL worth the price difference on say Organizational and EV certificates? $359 vs $125(GeoTrust) for an ev cert is certainly a huge difference. I know the likes of Verisign, Norton and Thawte are even crazier though.

How do I push "ALL" domains? Seems like I have to copy and paste one per line. That is crazy. -
NetEarth One Privacy Protect Module V1.0 - Tester(s) required
rldev replied to netearth's topic in Third Party Add-ons
Do this module work with version 5? Why would this be part of the whmcs module at this point? -
Does this module actually install the certificate?
-
Thanks. I can't believe I forgot that.
