bpanas
This is the most useful tool I have seen in some time, I spend hours everyday in WHMCS and the wildcard search saves me more time than I can explain, we were able to include the search on everypage without any problems.. Really nice feature
Gav
I never even looked at that until I saw this post - but yes that is brilliant! I think I'll find that very useful.
synchro
I have to agree The new Intelligent Search is a great tool for finding info if the customer gives you a little bit of info or you remember a bit but not the whole name or invoice etc Well done Matt !!!

synchro
Hey Matt, I love this tool so much, can you put it on all the pages not just on the homepage ??? Maybe replace the quick search but have it open all the time. Thanks Paul
WebGuyz
Would be great to replace the quick search with intelligent search. Very Handy!!

cyberneticos
YES PLEASE. Why use the DUMB search , when we got the intellegent one ? It would be even more intellegent to have it on all pages. So we don't end up burning out the one on the home page (just kidding)
Richie
I have to agree with everybody else, please please ditch the "Click to open then click some more to maybe find something" search box and put the intelligent search at the top of the admin section and keep it there the entire time, on every page.... Its bloody fantastic for finding stuff quickly. This has been one of those occassions when "The little things making a big difference" I never could understand anyway why the normal search actually requires a click to open it.
gerrybakker
Please do include "Intelligent Search" at the top of every single admin panel screen.
cyberneticos
Umm,. ok,. and how about a reason why ? You can also ignore it. For example: "I'm not going to look !, It's not there,. Nooooo,. I'm not going to use it !! Nope !! But if other people can use it ,. there it is !! Yeah ! That sounds fair !"
othellotech
Why use the DUMB search , when we got the intellegent one Because sometimes we want to specify which column to look down, not listall the results. Some people dont allow javascript And frequently the intelligent search cant cope due to the number of results Now if we could *choose* where to have the IS and where to have the DS that would be good
cyberneticos
.. which is exactly what I was depicting in my previous post (allow the option to use it - allow the option to not use it)
Richie
Since the intelligent search was introduced, we havent used the "dumb search" at all, not once and it is getting a bit annoying having to go to the homepage each time just to get to it...
HiDef-Laws
Since the intelligent search was introduced, we havent used the "dumb search" at all, not once and it is getting a bit annoying having to go to the homepage each time just to get to it... 100% in agreement. In fact, it would be nice to have the intelligent search also search the custom details of products and clients as well. This searching through each particular product is extremely tedious. I'd like to be able to also search by subscription number, I've yet to find that one (perhaps I missed it).
neobug103
I think it is not only a mandatory feature but should get another upgrade to make it even more effective.
trialuser
Please do include "Intelligent Search" at the top of every single admin panel screen. I cannot think of any valid reason why it isn't static. I also cannot figure out why the hell the regular search is not fixed. you have to click to open it every time? What for? Just keep it there fixed.
