  4. Hi there, Just a quick question, Im new to WHMCS and I am only just getting to grips with it. When an order has been completed its still showing them as pending in the "Pending order" list. Yet when i click to change the status to active they are set to active? So why are they saying pending.. payment has been recieved and the account has been set up Thanks

  6. Hello all I recently made the big switch to whmcs, and i must say, I am deffo not going back Ive just set up DirectI so i can brand my domains instead of using another registar. I also want them to be set up manually. Now for my question, I got my friend to do a test run of my domain system, as this is all new to me, he agreed and we gave it ago, before he started i put money onto the resller account so it would automatically register, however when he purchased the domain it did not automatically set up and so I had to go onto the panel to credit the (customer/child) account, and then make DirectI system puchase the domain. So my question is, I want this all to be automated.. so im guessing that I need to put the money on my customer account on DirectI for the domain to automatically set up right? Because I put it on the reseller account.. Also if i put the money on the customer account in future, will i need to put money on my reseller account still? Thanks for the help The domain thing is abit new to me so i appreciate all help
