The 2 minute ones would have taken longer to write as they was more detailed so they are pretty much there as soon as you click submit ticket. I find it odd there is one individual person who has been ignored and not had a ticket response... I do have to say that I have had longer waits then this... Maybe it's that you are in the UK, and I am in the US. I have noticed, though, that the tickets I submit "in the middle of the night" usually get responded to within a few minutes (it would be about 9-10am London time). When I post one in the early afternoon (about 10-11pm London time) it takes a couple hours before I get a reply...
