Email Loop Error

Ever since upgrading to 3.6.0 I've been seeing this in the Ticket Mail Import Log... Seems to be every five minutes when the cron runs.

 

Any ideas?

You have your cron set to every 5 minutes!?! It is supposed to be once a day.

i was just going to say that myself, surely thats gotta be causing some issues with youre setup if u run cron every 5 mins,

 

but please clarify, is it the main cron or the corn for the pop3 import

Sorry, I am not familiar with the pipe cron. Sounds like you are receiving emails with nothing in the return address.If it is due to a single email in the box, you may want to manually delete it. Does the cron delete emails from the box?

From the looks of it, your email account is returning 1 blank message every time it is polled by the pop.php script and that's why you are seeing the blank entry for an imported email. Isn't anything to worry about.
