TSK_Panda Posted May 13 Share Posted May 13 Hi there, I was wondering if anyone knows how to extend the older than 2 days rule for the WHMCS client status update. We have some customers who created an account, bought a service, but didn't process the payment right away (e.g. bank transfer) and when they finally sent us the payment receipt, the account was marked as inactive.
