Is there any way to increase the number of support tickets displayed from 50, when using the filter?

I frequently get Russian language spam so I filter the support tickets by Russian characters, or words, etc. I've currently got over 2000. I'd like to be able to delete and block the sender of all of them but I'm forced to d it 50 at a time, which is ... frustrating.

I know I can do this in phpadmin, but I just want a simple GUI interface, so that I can visually catch any that may be genuine.

Thanks.

Look for something common, like a .ru domain, and block that at the TLD level (unless you have customers using those). Trying to block all spammers by individual email addresses is a game you won't ever win. More effectively, you can disallow tickets by non logged-in users. Public facing things like this are abused all the time, and recaptcha only helps a little.

Hi Bear, thanks for your help; I've taken your advice as well as "WHMCS Solution"'s
