SamS1 Posted February 6 Share Posted February 6 (edited) Hi, Ticket importing is working fine but when we check the support ticket mail import log, the only thing we see is the date and our dept email address. The 'date' and 'To' fields. We thought there was a bigger issues but it turns out, that the subject, status and view columns are there but the 'to' field has pushed them far to the right (the 'to' field is expanded). Only ticket mail import log affected. Seems like a simple issue but can anyone tell me how to fix this and what could be causing it. Just updated to latest WHMCS version. I'm thinking it could be a hook and am checking but posting here in case I'm unsuccessful. Thanks Edit: Disabled all hooks and it did not fix the issue. Cleared the logs and sent a test ticket. Columns display fine now. No expert but maybe one of those spam emails that are sent to hundreds off cc email addresses didn't wrap correctly.
