Hello,

we are experiencing a license check issue 3 days ago, the support service was not able to help us with an answer delay of 24 hours !!!, so I share with you this issue if someone has experienced this problem before:

Connection Error

WHMCS has not been able to verify your license for the last few days.

Before you can access your WHMCS Admin Area again, the license needs to be validated successfully. Please check & ensure that you don't have a firewall or DNS rule blocking outgoing connections to our website.

For further assistance, please refer to the License Troubleshooting documentation.

Can any one help .

Thanks

We're seeing the same issue on 1 out of 3 WHMCS installations. Pages start loading slow and eventually will give us the error.
After we force a license update, everything works fine for a little while.

Edit:
Just to clarify: All our WHMCS installations are running the same version of WHMCS on the same server. Only one installation is having issues.

I received the following reply from WHMCS:

Thank you for contacting WHMCS.

Recently we did enable Google Captcha within our system to help with any slow downs. However reviewing the recent access logs for your license key, I can see the following that would cause an error:

Invalid IP - Got <IPv6 address>, Expecting <IPv4 address>

To help with any further issues, I have manually added both IPs to your license. If the license key is reissued in the future only one IP will be saved by default.

Please let me know if I can assist you with any further questions or concerns.

Funny thing is that our IPv6 was already added to our valid IPs back in 2022 so I assume WHMCS has had some issues regarding licenses.

If you're using using both IPv4 and IPv6, I advise you to check the valid IPs for your license. Perhaps create a ticket with WHMCS just in case.
