WHMCS Support Manager Solution WHMCS John Posted September 27 WHMCS Support Manager Solution Share Posted September 27 Hi @Evolve Web Hosting, The Authorize.net module in WHMCS does not specify or store particular certificate information, the communication to Authorize.net uses the root certificates installed on your server. Therefore, there would be no changes required in the module. Please ensure your server/PHP has the root and CA certificates installed and up-to-date. If you are unsure how to check that, please work with your system admin or hosting provider.

ejmerkel
Quote Please ensure your server/PHP has the root and CA certificates installed and up-to-date. If you are unsure how to check that, please work with your system admin or hosting provider. We are running WHMCS on an unmanaged VPS so we cannot reach out to the host. Can you provide any guidance on how to check that the proper certificate is installed?
