Dear Authorize.net Merchant,

It came to our attention that the previous email had links that were not easily accessible. We apologize for any confusion. Here are the correct links to the support articles with detailed instructions below:

Who is being affected: Merchants who utilize Authorize.net APIs and endpoint URLs in their websites or applications will need to make updates. They will need to integrate and use the newly-issued Root and Intermediate (CA) SSL certificates from DigiCert. This should be done before the scheduled revocation dates to avoid disruptions.

What you need to do: You must integrate and use the newly-issued Root and Intermediate (CA) SSL certificates from DigiCert by October 24 to avoid any disruptions. Hi @Evolve Web Hosting,

The Authorize.net module in WHMCS does not specify or store particular certificate information, the communication to Authorize.net uses the root certificates installed on your server. Therefore, there would be no changes required in the module.

Please ensure your server/PHP has the root and CA certificates installed and up-to-date. If you are unsure how to check that, please work with your system admin or hosting provider.

We are running WHMCS on an unmanaged VPS so we cannot reach out to the host. Can you provide any guidance on how to check that the proper certificate is installed?
