Kixx24
Hello. I am having issues getting my Daily Cron Job executed. I have noticed that in my admin activity logs it shows that my Cron jobs run every */5 Min, Great! Problem is that the "daily Cron job" fails to execute. Furthermore, I see that the timestamps on the Main Cron job is 4 hours ahead of my local time, which could be the reason that it has not executed yet. How can I change the "local time" of my WHMCS?
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted August 12 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted August 12 Hi @Kixx24, Please see this guide to start your troubleshooting: https://docs.whmcs.com/troubleshooting/troubleshoot-cron-issues/system-timezone-issues/
ZeroMB
Same thing was happening with me. I fixed this by matching time of WHMCS cron job and cron job time I entered in my server. Once you do this, for testing purpose set your cron job just after 2 minutes in both server and WHMCS Automation area and then manually run your cronjob on server. Then check automation page of WHMCS it should shows that cron job is running properly / healthy.
