Email Text for Paypal Subscription Invoice to Customer

Hi @WHMCS John or anyone else that knows the answer:

When a customer has a subscription through Paypal (with the new module), the Invoice created for month 2 and after use the 'Credit Card Invoice Created' email template so the email says the following:

Payment will be taken automatically from the credit card customeremailaddress@domain.com on Sunday, June 16th, 2024

This is quite confusing to the customer. Do I need to create a new Email Template or is there a workaround for this so it's more clear to the customer that the charge will be taken automatically from their Paypal account?

The invoice email templates can be customised based on the payment gateway, eg:

 {if $invoice_payment_method = 'PayPal Payments'}PayPal Account{else}Credit Card{/if} 

If you'd prefer to wait, we will be improving the email template in future under case CORE-19190.

@WHMCS John thanks for the update. Glad to see this is on the radar. I'm sure there is no ETA as far as a date but is there a version that CORE-19190 is scheduled for?
