I have a problem user who keeps signing up for a new account, using a different email address, purchasing services for 1 month, and then all the payments start failing. The problem is that the services he signs up for cost me money and are manually provisioned, so by the time he has had his 3rd overdue notice and been cancelled, it has already cost me money, so I need to block this person from signing up again. RadWebHosting Posted January 8 Share Posted January 8 I would guess that if he's blocked by the name, he may try a different name, just based upon the type of client he sounds to be. Maybe, don't accept orders automatically for services that are commonly abused, since it is costing you money.
