WHMCS Administrative curl error curl: (35) Encountered end of file

Please suggest as we are unable find solution

We see that issue is fixed now and we are able to connect to the IP - was there any issue at WHMC End .

There was not a reported issue on 19th November.

WHMCS contains a number of fall-backs in the event our licensing infrastructure is unreachable by your instance. For these fallbacks to be available, please ensure that your WHMCS Admin Area and Local API are only invoked from the exact location specified on your license (Valid Domain, Valid IP, Valid Directory).

What could be the possible reason for this error as nothing was done from our end - our wireshark logs shows we did not receive any response from WHMCS and its working fine now suddenly
