Currently, the Domain Details page provides comprehensive information about a domain, including registration details, expiry date, nameservers, and more. However, it lacks specific details about the contacts associated with the domain, such as the registrant, administrative, technical, and billing contacts. It would be immensely beneficial for us and other users if the contact domain information could be included on the Domain Details page. Having easy access to this information directly from the domain management interface would streamline our workflow and enhance the efficiency of managing domains for our clients. leemahoney3 Posted October 13, 2023 Share Posted October 13, 2023 Those details are not stored locally in your WHMCS, rather they are retrieved from the Registry through the relevant module.
