So it would create a new account in Plesk with that domain name using a specific service plan. I'm working with Plesk support to get a service plan that will create a 'no web hosting' account type. I did have a custom AddOn written for WHMCS so if a client only buys a domain name without hosting it sets up a free service plan in Plesk so they can have DNS support. I set it to something like 5MB and not web hosting capabilities. It didn't work as planned. If an already existing client who already has hosting then goes on to purchase another domain then it would unnecessarily setup this free service plan. It got very confusing and not workable so I disabled it. We're using ResellerClub which does have DNS ability but I haven't pursued it yet.
