When I add a product to the cart and click the order button, WHMCS freezes and times out.
Sometimes there are errors, sometimes not.
The same also applies when the invoice payment button is pressed.

If you know how to cure this symptom, please tell us.

Hi @Kazuto Nishio,

These sound like actions which trigger emails to be sent, meaning a slow connection or processing time of emails could be causing the timeout to be reached.

Do you see any errors in the Configuration > System Log at the time of placing the order or adding payment to an invoice?

Do you experience a delay or timeout when sending emails via other routes, Eg. Via the Client's Summary tab?
