Sometimes there are errors, sometimes not. The same also applies when the invoice payment button is pressed. If you know how to cure this symptom, please tell us.
WHMCS Support Manager Solution WHMCS John Posted May 24, 2023 WHMCS Support Manager Solution Share Posted May 24, 2023 Hi @Kazuto Nishio, These sound like actions which trigger emails to be sent, meaning a slow connection or processing time of emails could be causing the timeout to be reached. Do you see any errors in the Configuration > System Log at the time of placing the order or adding payment to an invoice? Do you experience a delay or timeout when sending emails via other routes, Eg. Via the Client's Summary tab?
Kazuto Nishio
The system worked correctly after disabling the transmission of email addresses. I am going to build an SMTP server.
