lulzkiller Posted October 8, 2022 Share Posted October 8, 2022 (edited) Trying to use the PDF archiving from the billing extension. All looks good from first sight. Except, all created PDF files are 0 bytes, and contains no data. In the WHMCS logs it says "xxxx pdf files created successfully" I have tested via active and passive ftp. Andreix Posted April 10, 2023 Share Posted April 10, 2023 Hi, Well passive works for me. You can use any admin, What is important is in System Settings -> General Settings -> Security . There you have to disable the Captcha for login forms. After that it will work. At least for me it did. As it is a scurity issue, its better to disable it manually once a month and run it.
