Whoops Cannot redeclare getclientsdetails

Recommended Posts

Hey folks,

new to this community. Trying to get our whmcs system working and increasing skills, so bear with me if beginner Q.

We have moved an whmcs installation from a linux based plesk env to a windows based plesk.

Now we're getting following error:

Whoops\Exception\ErrorException: Cannot redeclare getclientsdetails() in unknown:0
Stack trace:
#0 C:\inetpub\vhosts\domain.com\domain\vendor\whmcs\whmcs-foundation\lib\Utility\Error\Run.php(0): WHMCS\Utility\Error\Run->handleError()
#1 [internal function]: WHMCS\Utility\Error\Run->handleShutdown()
#2 {main}

We even deleted the whole whmcs directory, installed whmcs fresh and still get the same issue. Only thing we have not done is deleted the db as we wanted to keep data.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Chris

Hi Chris,

I made the same move just to learn the hard way that WHMCS is not supported on Windows Servers. See https://docs.whmcs.com/System_Requirements

"We validate WHMCS to run in Linux based environments running the Apache web server. Other environments like Windows-based configurations may experience compatibility issues with which Technical Support cannot assist."

Regards, Michael
