SIM Posted August 10, 2022 Share Posted August 10, 2022 Hello everyone I have a question: by default (no modification) If a customer purchases a one year package that he/she has been renewing for a few years but on their next renewal he/she decides that they want to renew for 6 months instead, in whmcs default mode would the customer be able to switch to 6 months on their own or would they need to contact support/admin to assist them with the switch? 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
