Pending module actions - domain renew

Recommended Posts

Hi.

I got this problem on WHMCS 7.x and now after upgrade to 8.4 it still exists:

- I have some domain registrar and low balance to proceed domain renew actions

- Some client pays for domain renew, it's not renewed because there is no enough money on registrar balance and I see new pending module action on Dashboard, but also client domain "Next Due Date" changed to +1 year:

- So I'm adding more money to registrar balance and going to modulequeue.php to retry renew action, action succeeded:

- Domain renewed after that  but Expiry date is not changed in WHMCS

If I renew domain not from modulequeue.php  but from domain page using "Renew" button - all is ok, Expiry date is changed correctly:

What do I do wrong? How to get Expire date changed if I re-run action through modulequeue.php   ? Thank you

Hi @azzepis,

Thanks for your report. We have case CORE-13137 open with our developers in order to have this reviewed for future releases. Whilst I cannot provide an estimated time for completion for this, once we resolve cases and push features they are available at our change log, here:

I apologize for the inconvenience, and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this.

Thanks again for taking the time to report your findings. We welcome bug reports at https://bugs.whmcs.com/
