Domain transfer error

I'm trying to transfer a domain in but getting the following error when trying to accept the order:

Order Accept Encountered Problems
Operation blocked

I enabled module logging and see an error in the response column as follows:

Array
(
    [status] => ERROR
    [message] => Required parameter missing: attr-name1
)

I understand that attr-name1 relates to a missing name in the customers contacts, but they do not list any contacts. I have looked at WHMCS>General settings>Domains tab

Use Clients Details Tick this box to use clients details for the Billing/Admin/Tech contacts

I have contacted ResellerClub support and they requested I seek advice from WHMCS support. Also the domain is not locked.

Any ideas as to resolving this would be appreciated.

Did you? This is a user to user discussion board, only occasionally visited by WHMCS staff, and a far slower (typically) way to get help these days.

Hi @bear

Yes, I raised a ticket with WHMCS support today. But, I was hoping to get a quicker resolve from the community.

Where is the domain being transferred from? It looks like you are using ResellerClub and trying to transfer it there? Are you using the standard ResellerClub module provided by WHMCS or are you using LCDRM from resellerclub-mods.com ? Can you check and make sure the domain has up to date Whois information and the profile is complete on your side within WHMCS?
